Updated my DirectoryCompare utility to version 1.1

There is a bug in the original version that causes the folder recursion to skip some files.

I seen some searches for my old content, notably my OpenDoubleListbox. So I am going to repost that data here.

Note that I have wrote this years and years ago, and it is in desperate need of being updated to .NET 2.0. I will try to get to that soon.
